It is important for consumers to be aware that generic “Tencel” and “Lyocell” fabrics are everywhere, but they do not follow the same rigorous commitment to the environment as Lenzing TENCEL, which is known as the cleanest production of Eucalyptus-based Lyocell in the world and one of the very best textile fibers for planet Earth. So if it is not Lenzing TENCEL, then you are not getting a genuine product.

TENCEL fibers are chemical-free, (OEKO-TEX Standard 100). Dye-free and chemical-free means our fabric is perfect for sensitive skin or for those who just want to sleep in extremely soft and gentle bedding.

All night long, TENCEL Lyocell wicks moisture and oils from your body, helping to prevent acne and leaving your skin and hair feeling fresh when you wake up. Its anti-odor properties keep your sheets fresher for longer, while its natural anti-static properties will not frizz your hair and will not attract pet hair or dust.

What is Eco-White?

All of our products are dye-free for very good reasons. Textile dyes pollute our drinking water, kill aquatic life, and ruin our soils. We are not convinced by so-called “low impact” dyes because they still have “impact” and involve the use of synthetic chemicals, nor are we convinced by “natural dyes,” which are resource, water and land intensive, can cause skin and lung irritation to textile workers and require the use of mordants, which can be toxic to humans and the environment. Since we know that textile dyes cause pollution, do we really need dyed bedding?

From our factories to your door, we are fully committed to sustainability.

There is an inverse relationship between packaging and sustainability – less is more. To this point, there is nothing glamorous about our packaging. We would rather have our products do the talking, so we use uncoated, undyed, natural Kraft brown boxes. We use leftover fabric to make re-usable bags that keep our sheets neatly folded and glassine paper bags, rather than plastic, to protect our products from moisture, dust, and odors during shipping. Our comforters are vacuum packed, which significantly reduces the size of the shipping box and therefore reduces our shipping footprint. We do our best to be conscientious and resourceful every step of the way!

Local to global responsibility…

We are committed to social responsibility that spans from local to global. We donate our products to local domestic violence and homeless shelters, we provide Thanksgiving and Christmas meals for the homeless in our community, all of our employees regularly donate blood, we plant a tree with every order we receive, our packaging contains no plastic, we offset the carbon of our shipping, we make our websites accessible to people with disabilities, we support our military, police, nurses, first responders and teachers, we sponsor community clean-ups, and we donate 10% of profits every month to highly rated charities with a global reach. Our Size Chart…

You will notice that our products are a bit larger than what you’re used to. We prefer a little bit deeper pockets in our fitted sheets, a little extra tuck room for our top sheet, and a little extra overlap for our comforter. A little bit larger also means no more nighttime tug-of-war!
