Q: Can floor guides be attached to wall instead of floor?

A: Yes, we provide two types of floor guides, and you can choose the floor guide which installed on the wall according to your needs.

Q: Is the groove on the bottom of the door used for a guide and if s, is the guide provided?

A: Yes, the groove is used for floor guide. The products we provide are equipped with floor guides

Double-sided Handle Design

Q: Can the handle be placed on the right side of the door and slid open to the left instead of the opposite shown in the photos?

A: Yes, you can flip the door panel to set the door handle on the right or left.

Q: Are the holes for the handle predrilled or can I drill the holes myself?

A: Yes, our door has pre-drilled holes on them to install the handle.

Door Stoppers

Q: Can the door stoppers be moved or adjusted?

A: The door stopper can be adjusted and moved according to you needs, but make sure the door does not slip off the rail.

Q: Are the door stoppers necessary? We want the door to sit flush against a wall.

A: Yes, the door stoppers are necessary, the door stoppers are install on the track to prevent the hangers to get off the track, will not affect the doors. The door can still sit flush against a wall.

How to choose size

Take a 18*84” double door as an example.

The distance between the track hole and the roof should be greater than 6”.The fixed distance from the track hole to the ground is 85 11/16”.The door width is suggested to be 4″(each side 2″) larger than the Opening Width (including Casing/Trim)The fixed distance from the door to the wall is 9/16”.
