We upgraded to galvanized steel, baking paint, and a thicker base for increased durability and resistance to weather conditions.

Longer Vertical Length for Better Stability

After repeated experiments, it has been found that both the base on the ground and the base on the wall are fixed, and only the middle 3-way and 4-way position is subjected to the maximum force, especially the vertical length directly determines the stability of the slanted roof pergola.

Short Vertical Length, Poor Stability

Especially in windy areas, the stability and durability of the Gazebo are more important. Big data and our repeated experiments have shown us that increasing the length vertically will play a crucial role in improving the stability of the pergola, especially when exposed outdoors for a long time.

Stop Frame

With the stop frame, it is much easier and more precise to construct your pergola or gazebo as a perfect rectangle, maximizing its aesthetic appeal and functionality.

After cutting the wood to the same length, the stop frame ensures that the measurements are accurate and consistent, allowing for an easy and smooth construction process.

Hollow

Even if the wooden beams used to construct the gazebo are cut to the same length, without the stop frame, the length of the portion of each beam that fits into the bracket may not be consistent.

This could result in the built pergola not being a regular rectangle and less sturdy.

Baking Paint

Thicker, denser, and smoother protective film for better adhesion and durability.

Improved rust and corrosion resistance, and surface won’t crack at high and low temperatures.

Thickened Base

Customer feedback prompted us to upgrade the base plate thickness of our pergola brackets from 0.1″ to 0.12″.

This enhances stability during heavy winds or extreme weather conditions, ensuring your pergola lasts longer.
